Pull to Refresh

The Pull to Refresh feature allows users to quickly reload app content by simply swiping down on the screen.
As shown in the image, this option can be enabled or disabled directly from the Customization section.

What is the “Pull to Refresh”?

  • A gesture-based feature that refreshes the current page or content
  • Activated by dragging the screen downward, usually from the top
  • Displays a refresh icon or animation while new data is being fetched

Why It’s Useful

Quick updates
Instantly fetch the latest content—such as new posts, messages, or updates—without leaving the current screen.

Simple interaction
No buttons or menus required. Users just swipe down to refresh.

Clear visual feedback
The refresh animation indicates that the app is actively updating content in real time.

How to Enable Pull to Refresh

  1. Go to Customization
  2. Locate Pull to Refresh
  3. Toggle the feature ON or OFF
  4. Save changes and preview the app

If Disabled

  • Users will need to reload content by navigating away or reloading the page
  • Live updates may feel less intuitive
