Terms of Service

By accessing https://quikapp.co or using QuikApp services, app audit tools, or mobile application packages created by Pixaware Technology Solutions Private Limited ("QuikApp", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue platform usage immediately.

QuikApp provides an AI-powered website auditing engine, PWA app generator, mobile app readiness scoring, live device mockup preview engine, and automated Android/iOS WebView application creation services.

A promotional free trial of up to 30 days may be offered to new eligible users at our discretion. Services also include self-serve SaaS subscriptions and dedicated Expert Care customization plans.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your QuikApp account.

All billing history and official transaction invoices can be securely accessed and downloaded from your Account Center under the Transactions tab.

When submitting website URLs or content for live iframe preview or app generation, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and domain authorizations to preview, frame, and convert the target website into a mobile application.
• Rendering the target website inside QuikApp's highly secure preview frame does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights.
• The target website does not contain illegal, infringing, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• You will indemnify QuikApp against any third-party claims, takedown requests, or legal action arising from your unauthorized use or conversion of a website you do not own.

Our iframe preview engine is engineered securely with origin sandbox isolation, ensuring third-party scripts cannot exploit the QuikApp platform.

While QuikApp configures app builds to meet standard App Store and Google Play Store technical requirements:

• Developer Account Responsibility: Obtaining, maintaining, and paying the annual/one-time fees for a valid Apple Developer Program account and/or Google Play Console account is strictly your obligation.
• Approval Guarantee Disclaimer: App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store approval is governed exclusively by Apple Inc. and Google LLC. QuikApp disclaims all liability and does not guarantee automatic approval. Rejections stemming from your underlying website content, business model, or failure to comply with Apple/Google store guidelines are entirely your responsibility.

Platform IP: All rights, title, and interest in the QuikApp platform, source code, logos, and UI designs belong exclusively to Pixaware Technology Solutions Private Limited. You retain all intellectual property rights in your original website content.

Keystore Custody: Keystore files and iOS provisioning details generated for your application are securely encrypted and stored by us solely for automated build processes. You may generate and download a secure copy of your keystore at any time via your dashboard. It is your responsibility to maintain a safe backup of your keystore. If you cancel your account or fail to backup your keystore, QuikApp holds no liability for lost keystores, which may result in your permanent inability to publish updates to your existing app listings.

No Auto-Renewal: QuikApp subscriptions do not automatically renew via autopay. To maintain continuous service, you must manually renew your subscription plan before the expiration of your current billing cycle.

End of Subscription: If your subscription plan expires or is cancelled, your published mobile applications will immediately cease functioning. The mobile application will stop loading your website content and will instead display a "Contact the Provider" error screen to end users until the subscription is renewed.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIKAPP AND PIXAWARE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS REPUTATION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, LOSS OF KEYSTORES, OR APP STORE REJECTIONS.

Expert Care (Assisted App Conversion) is a premium paid support service where a QuikApp specialist assists in the configuration and setup of your mobile application.

• The payment covers the technical support and configuration service provided by our experts. A separate active subscription is required to maintain your app.
• While we provide full technical support to ensure the app is configured to meet current store submission requirements, we cannot guarantee approval by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Store rejections resulting from your website's content or business model remain solely your responsibility.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
